Girls and children can roam around till 3-4 p.m. during New Year, Christmas, and Durga Pujo but you won't get a single crime report happening during festivals. Even my female friends feel safe when they get home at 2 or 3 p.m. but guess what? You can't roam after 2 p.m. in Bangalore. Do you know why?
