Hey Clinton, I'm looking to build the Professor Parabellum .22 revolver but it's a manual barrel turn I need some help with designing a way how to turn the barrel after every round is fired. I thought of using an arm like mechanism connected to the trigger or hammer that turns a gear at the back of the barrel but the schematic is kinda a tight fit so it would be pushing the boundary to implement that kind of mechanism so I seek some professional help.

My local scrapyard here in Florida buys drill bits, lathe bits and endmills made from carbide, they sell it for $10 a pound. I've bought several pounds of various size endmill bits, some are brand new. Looks like you could use some.

Umm... if you take requests, I think you should do a Video focusing on the tools used to create it especially the creatively repurposed ones. Also, that drill press of yours should be bronzed when/if you ever retire it.. I can NOT believe that the "milled" channel for the trigger bar came out so straight....I'd have bet a $100 it would have wandered all over the place.

That's a good idea. I'll ponder that. I was planning on using my router to mill that groove. I was concerned about doing the cut blind. The drill press worked phenomenally well. Keeping in mind I was cutting about .015" at a pass.

You may be confusing the prohibition against automatic firearms. As easy as they are to build, they are illegal. Semi-auto, one pull one cycle are okay.
