This would be wonderful with some pineapple kombucha! I've been making it for a long time, but haven't tried it in a cocktail yet. Might do it soon!

This sounds fantastic. Love that you can change up the Kombucha to make different drinks. I'm not even that big on Kombucha by its self but bet it would add cool flavor to drink.

I don’t frequently restock my aperol. But constantly have Campari because it’s one of my favorite liquids on the planet. What do you think about that sub. It’ll definitely be more bitter, boozier and slightly less sweet I guess. Maybe up the simple a 1/4oz?

Hey Leandro! I'm looking for an easy to make cocktail that I can fill a couple pitchers with for a party. I think I'm going to test a French 75, and I've had a request for Amaretto Sours, but I'm not sure that would work. Got any suggestions?

Yeah French 75 is always a crowd pleaser as a punch you can do: 2 Cups Gin (London dry such as Tanqueray or Beefeater) 1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice 6oz Simple Syrup .5 tsp Orange bitters Approx. 4 Cups dry Champagne or Prosecco Garnish with lemon and orange wheels thinly sliced Make in a punch bowl and stir to blend everything. Throw in a big piece of ice or several smaller ice chunks. Ladle into punch glasses

Honestly I never drink kombucha, but I might start bringing some home because I have all the rest of these ingredients and this sounds like a great drink. Agree with sometimes just wanting a nice light drink without crashing later in the day. xD

You have no idea of how many time I have dropped that bottle cap of the Aperol bottle. There's just something about that cap that's makes it really hard to twist it on when your in a hurry.

I think I could swap out the Kombucha(youre pronouncing it very very wrong, there is no Ch , its Kh) with ginger beer(they taste similar oddly)

When you garnish with a wedge instead of a slice is it because you want the patron to be able to add lemon ? or is it purely visual? Great stuff as usual, daily reminder Leandro is the gentleman's bartending youtuber.
