And she didn't boosted them with either her chakra or cells, as far as I'm aware. But... fast forward some thousand years. Madara awakens the rinnegan and summons the Gedo Statue. Within the statue lies several if not hundreds/thousands Zetsus who were previously created by Kaguya. Madara uses the harvested Hashirama cells to enhance the Zetsu and probably bind them to him. So... White Zetsu are not a byproduct of Hashirama's cells, but were later enhanced by it. Also, back on topic, Tobi/Obito has most of his body covered with White Zetsu, thus he has Hashirama's cells, which would probably explain how he can spam Kamui with seemingly no side effects. Hashirama cells is basically Gods Elixir lol

Despite her minimal screentime konans death hit me pretty hard at the time. You could tell she was carrying the burden of the other 2 and had nothing left but the hope they entrusted in Naruto. Seeing her die was very sad, I cried despite not having time to get attached to her. At least she put up a formidable fight and quite literally killed Obito but he used the cheat death. Also as a female character design there's very little competition, she was a baddie.

Konan lived as an orphan and lost both of her childhood friends later on in life. Gaara was despised and feared by his village, constantly being poisoned by Shukaku and on the verge of losing control of his own body, always on guard as his own father sent assassins to test him, separated from his siblings, and the one person in the world who had showed him kindness tried to kill him and told him that he hated him for “killing” his mother during birth. Definitely a good contender for the number one spot. Itachi was a child with the mind of an adult, he spent his entire life as a shinobi, in service of his dream of becoming so powerful that he could force world peace. He almost never allowed himself to just be Itachi, he always had to be a shinobi first and foremost. He saw his own teammate get brutally killed in front of him at the age of 8, while being unable to do anything to stop it. His best and only friend committed suicide in front of him at the age of 13. He had to give up on his dream of saving the world, the very drean he had been training for since he was four years old, and instead had to kill his entire family and everyone (except Sasuke) that he loved, his parents, his girlfriend, people he grew up with and was branded a traitor by the entire world for the rest of his life. His own beloved brother despised him, for good reason. Add onto that a fatal illness that was rapidly killing him and did in fact kill him at the age of 17… Even if he didn’t massacre his own clan, he would have died far too young to realise his dream of creating world peace. Another strong contender for number 1. There are dozens more people who suffered to a lesser extent, but certainly more than Konan.

No one knowing/caring about Konan after her death is irrelevant when we are talking about the tragedy of a character's life. Itachi's dream he worked for since the age of 4 was that of becoming a shinobi so powerful he could end all conflict. He never allowed himself any to simply be Itachi. Instead, he was forced to give up that dream and lived a life of immense suffering, only for some small closure for a part of that suffering at the second end of his life.

Konan could potentially become the single most dangerous terrorist in the shinobi world. She can blow all the villages sky-high simultaneously. While it won't kill most of the super Kage tier enemies, the damage inflicted can barely be competed with by tailed beast bombs. Most people need to appreciate that Konan is her chakra control level. She managed to control and detonate 600 billion explosive talismans systematically.

Obito was in his intangible form but that has a time limit, Konan trap was designed to be constantly exploding so obito can't become tangible and teleport to the Kamui dimension and so his time limit and gets killed in the explosions but Izanagi make you able to rewrite reality (literally) and Obito used the moment he ran out of Kamui invulnerability
