In Malaysia, the XV is available in two grades, 2.0i and 2.0i Premium as tested in this video.
Standard engine is a naturally-aspirated 2.0-litre four-cylinder Boxer petrol engine with direct injection making 156PS and 196Nm. It is mated to a CVT and sends power to all four wheels via Subaru's Symmetrical AWD system.
