He said these horns not whores cats in nyc we used to call phones horns or jack lot of different terms nyc is the one the kings of slang language and it is a language back in the days we could have a deep conversation in English and if you didn't know the words and context the lingo it would be like we were speaking Portuguese or some ancient African language truly and not because we didn't pronounce the words properly we just revised the game for our purposes and in nyc every borough had slightly different variations of it
