Speaking as a musician with two young children at home, keeping their minds on the right track is a 7 day a week job. If I were to start recording and touring with a super successful group, that's basically giving up on raising my kids and letting the streets and the government raise them. I imagine these are just some of the reasons good bands break up. These guys eventually have families that need attention.

But there were an exceptional few that were good in the late 90's (still lingering from the 80's), I still prefer the 80's and the early 90's though myself also.
