I think Ayaka would be under "Only here for husbandos/waifus" but a different way. I feel Genshin focuses a lot on friendships which is something Ayaka struggles with since she doesn't have many friends. Playing Genshin Impact would allow her to experience what true friendship look like. Itto sounds like a guy who would join co-op and be a troll, but he doesn't do it intentionally. He is just having fun and very competitive and will try to defeat all bosses and do the "I'm better than you" attitude but the truth he is a gentle guy. Fischl sounds like a person who is both lore invested but also the type to spend 90% of their time in the serenitea pot making their fantasies true, something where she could make her passions true! Keqing strikes me as a character who is too busy to play, but if they did; I think her perfectionism would make her look for every single treasure, every region 100%, statue level max, and has all the achievements. Kaeya sounds like a troll, but when it comes to Klee, I imagine him always playing with Klee and helping her fighting bosses around. He might even whale to get himself c6 because why not. Venti sounds like the dude to join other people's co-op worlds just to play the lyre and show off his skills. Eula doesn't seem like the type to play games, but maybe she saw the knights of favonius all obsessed over this game and wanted to try it, then got disrespected and beaten by bosses and gave up or the complete opposite, she doesn't like how others treat her and is going to prove to everyone she can beat any boss. I can't imagine Razor playing Genshin, if he did, he is the type to have all his characters' build wrong / Newbie I agree with what people say about Kaveh, he will spend 90% of his time in the teapot! And maybe he could even still have Alhaitham visits his house and showcase the true work of somebody who is able to *properly* decorate a house. Alhaitham would be lore invested because he spends most of his time reading. I imagine him the type to find him on KZbin making detailed theory videos as well. I also see him as a guy who doesn't play games in the first place. I feel Hu Tao would go to somebody's world and show them game-breaking glitches or "The death staircase" in Lisa's library and be "Coffins are 50% off" maybe even try advertise her job in the game Klee could be a casual F2P who will spend time fishing, I mean "fish-blasting" or picking flowers and fruit! She also runs away from monsters and have Kaeya deal with the bad guys because Klee doesn't seem to know that monsters like abyss mages are the bad guys Beidou is the person who plays "1 HP Beidou", she is beating everyone with just Beidou while Kujou Sara is a Raiden Shogun main. Ei could spend her time playing Genshin, is AR 60, while leaving all her duties to Raiden Shogun. Yae Miko is the one who introduced her to the game! Ei would be confused at the beginning but enjoy the game and can't stop playing now. Sucrose seems like the type to get hyperfixated on things, like look at her collection! While she seems always busy with her job, I think she is a mix between lore invested player and casual one! She introduced the game to Albedo and he is a casual one too. I could see Albedo one of the people who constantly do fanart because this game gives him "inspiration". Sucrose is too shy to join co-op with somebody she doesn't know. Childe is a whale who is AR 60, has all the characters c6 level 90 with full build. He is a fighter and will make sure to beat EVERY boss at the quickest time possible and always complete the spiral abyss. Maybe even join traveler's world to compete against. Xiangling will spend all her time collecting every dish, collects flowers and her favorite activity is hunting. She has every dish with 999 of it. Xingqiu is a book reader so I can see him lore invested, but I feel he enjoys stories more than just learning the entire lore of the game. But he seems like a casual player, maybe a fanfiction writer? Xinyan, Yun Jin, and Hu Tao can all join somebody's world just to play music for them. Band girls! Yoimiya casually enjoys the fireworks in the game. Will always work on the perfect firework combination. Kuki needs to keep Itto under control Traveler is a depressed AR 60. They are the MAIN character. They just want their sibling and being thrown from a nation to the other. Cyno sounds like the guy to also get hyperfixated on something and whale on it. I could TOTALLY seem him whaling to get all these characters because he is a collector. He would play TCG all the time though. Ningguang sounds like someone who doesn't play the game, but will enjoy listening to playlists of the music. Dehya is a casual player, she just loves the diversity in cultures and likes to explore the map. Mika is an explorer, he knows EVERY place. He wins every time in Geoguesser. He has all the map exploration 100% Freminet is an underwater explorer. I can see Lyney as a troll? Or somebody who discovers all the glitches and show them to others. Lynette is a casual player who maybe just likes snacks. If anybody has different opinions, feel free to share them!

My other headcanons: If Ei is in Hell’s Kitchen, she will quit because Gordon Ramsay keeps yelling at her. And she will be eliminated from MasterChef and Chopped as well. If Ei is a Pokemon trainer, she will be an Electric trainer, and she will have a Zapdos, a Miraidon, and Zekrom in her team. But she can’t cook, so no Pokemon Camps for her (her curry will taste awful), and STAY AWAY from making sandwiches for Miraidon. As a baker, she will be fired because her bread and cakes will taste nasty and she burned down the bakery. Expect burnt loaves of bread, newlyweds complaining to her that her wedding cakes taste like garbage and almost caused their divorce, and parents complaining to her that her birthday cakes taste nasty and make the kids cry. However, she is skilled at martial arts, especially kendo. She is also good at tasting and reviewing sweets.

I actually think Kokomi, Albedo and Alhaithem would be more into the lore bc Kokomi likes researching past conflicts which Teyvat has plenty of them, Albedo's whole "Finding the truth of the world" mission fits perfectly with being invested in lore, and as for Alhaithem he has interest in knowledge and Genshin's well crafted world build would surely draw him in just like how it did to me. Also Sara's a whale for Raiden Shogun, this is deadass canon😂💕 And while it's true that Kaveh's money problems give off while vibes gamewise, the guy's an architect so I think passing his time designing different Teapot realms fits him better.

How Archons Play Genshin: Venti: Early 1.0 player, loves to goof around the map and with other players. Will only start a long genshin session if he has alcohol on hand. Fell in love with the lyre when it was introduced, and got extremely good at it. Can even seamlessly remix songs on the fly. Uses this skill to randomly add meme songs when showing it off in multiplayer, with rick rolls being his favorite. Zhongli: Early beta player, but plays sporadically. Knows almost all of the lore of the game, and watches and reads lore fan-theories online. Doesnt really care much about anything else in the game. Pure F2P, havent spent a dime, because he's broke as all hell Ei: Chronic AR60 gamer, plays in Euthymia all the time when she's not meditating. Has plans to add gaming functionality to the Shogun by adding cpu, ram, ssd and such so that if in the unlikely chance she has to leave Euthymia for extended periods, she can game on the go. Nahida: Computer savvy casual player. Likes to test the game program's limits and find funny glitches. This has made her pretty good at the game's combat, pumping out absurd damage with busted builds, but she's more interested in open world glitches. Likes to share her discoveries with other players, and sometimes will even go to genshin streamers to tell them of the glitch if it looks funny enough Furina: Loves the multiplayer aspect, and can spend hours playing with randos or even just chatting. Comes off as dramatic and full of herself sometimes. Actually terrible at the game solo, and only gets somewhat tolerably okay when supported by other players.

My head canon if the Archons are in a Pokemon AU as trainers: Venti: Trains Flying and Dragon types. Has a Salamence, a Talonflame, a Pidgeot, and an Aerodactyl as well as Latias and Latios. Zhongli: Trains Rock and Dragon types. Has Regirock and Rayquaza as well as a Tyrantrum. Has a lot of money. Ei: Trains Electric types, Legendary and Mythical hunter. Has a Zapdos, a Miraidon, and Zekrom. Can’t cook, so no Pokeblocks, Poffins, curry, or sandwiches. Nahida: Trains Grass and Fairy types. Has Celebi, a Breloom, Xerneas, a Toedscool, and an Ivysaur. Likes growing berries. Furina: Trains mainly Water types, with the occasional Fairy and Dragon types. Has a Milotic, a Jellicent, a Tentacruel, and Tapu Fini. Dramatic, but secretly bad at battling. (In my trainer head canon, all Archons and adepti will have at least one Legendary or Mythical)

Honestly, would she _really_ be satisfied with _just_ knowing the lore? No, she'd want to learn _everything_ she can get her hands on. Of course she'd enjoy showing off obscure information, but not before teasing with it. She also probably has some of the most bizzare team comps that are actually incredibly optimized just to prove that they're viable.

The only time Chongyun has a wild instinct for tomfoolery is when his yang energy is overloaded and that's pretty rare.

Agree with mostly everything except for Chongyun. It doesn’t feel like something he would do at all. In his lore he never once tries to get back at Xingqiu for any of his pranks aside from some quick quips or some attitude. He lets a lot of things slide and doesn’t have one mean bone in him. He'd most likely be a casual f2p who likes exploring, or he'd like to grind a lot to improve his characters and make them really strong. He's definitely a claymore main. And I totally agree with Xingqiu being a lore player. He would collect every book scattered around the world and would have knowledge on everything, including the most obscure parts of the lore. However, i also think he would troll on multiplayer sometimes. Him and Hu Tao are the true prankster duo, and they mostly target their close friends Chongyun and Xiangling. He probably leads them to places with lots of explosive barrels and then sets them off from a distance. He DEFINITELY lead Chongyun to the ruin guard area in Guyun Stone Forest when he was a starter player, and left him to fend for himself with his lvl 8 characters lmao.

I think he would be a depressed AR60 player or Casual F2P more in the way that he just explores and maybe spend time in the water explore. Lynette a troll definitely I can see it. With Lyney... When I saw the abyss rage category, I immediatly thought about Kaveh. He'd be raging out loud because he can't pass floor 12, while Alhaitham is reading a book in the sofa wondering what's going on, but he doesn't care Also Yoimiya and Itto would fit so peefectly in this category

Mika is definitely a completion player with 100% exploration, every achievement acquired, and he owns every character. Cyno is the one annoying all of his friends by constantly challenging them to TCG matches and decimating them, to the point that only strangers will play with him now. Kaveh spends forever meticulously placing every last item in his teapot to optimize use of space and appearance. Every time he wants to add something, he has to move a bunch of stuff to balance out the new arrangement. Lyney wins every single 50/50 at 30 pity and has no idea how insane that is, much to the annoyance of Lynette and Freminet. Zhongli has never played, but knows the lore better than most players and stays up to date with the latest news regarding story lines. Yelan rolls a D20 whenever she thinks about playing, and will only do so if she gets 20. Shinobu has to be great at the game to help Itto with achievements and finding chests so he can rake in those free primogems. Ayaka monitors her friend list to see when the traveler is online, then asks for help with everything and chats the whole time. Childe has every character at C6 with R5 signature weapons and has set world records in Spiral Abyss. NIngguang personally funds Beidou's account, and is calmly sitting in the background sipping tea during Beidou's rage fests. Ganyu made an account and fell asleep halfway through the intro, then never touched it again. TIghnari is a hardcore open world farmer, grabbing every last rock and flower daily. Collei only plays late at night, causing her to be drowsy during her studies.
