The blue-handled cutters are Xuron Micro-Shear 170-II - xuron.com/index.php/main/industrial_products/11/10. They are made here in Maine (in the town of Saco), and are the best flush cutters I've ever used. I've been using them just about every day for the past 22 years. I first used them when I started working in a PCB factory in Pittsfield, Maine in 1998, and those were issued to us for cutting off the excess component leads after soldering them into the PCB, and after I got done working there in the early 2000s I bought a pair for use at home. For heavier duty use there's also the Xuron Maxi-Shear.

That was a dang good idea on that ratchet. I got 2 of them little fellers I might pick me up another 1/4" long flex head and put the 3/8 guts in it outta one of mine. Thanks Koon Trucking. I need a couple of them diesel medic shirts!

I still say the Snap On CT761 is the best all around impact for a 3/8” because of the weight, size, slim profile and the trigger but anything other than 3/8” better get that Milwaukee! The 1/2” 2767 Milwaukee is bad to the bone. The 1/2” Stubby is an awesome tool also

I got a kick out of the Snap-On lend it program when I had my service station I had a guy come in who wanted to borrow a gallon of gas promised to bring it back the next day. He was one of the biggest richest farmers in the area I told him to drive home and get the can of gas he forgot to bring. It was only about 20 miles.
