Thank you so much for bringing back my passion for cooking. I was a chef but my health stopped me. I was depressed for so long. I'm healthy and healing now. Your videos brought back the joy of cooking. Bit just because I have too. So thank you.🥟🥟🥟🍽🍴🥄🔪🥂

I made this recipe the other day, and at first the dough got so so sticky! I tried kneading it and it just stuck to my hand in a big glob. But I persisted, adding a little flour because I thought I had added too much water. But then I realized I had just forgotten the butter! Silly silly. So I added it, and the dough turned into a nice smooth ball! The doughnuts exceeded my already high expectations, they were incredibly tasty. And Ive been eating my leftover bean paste on toast for breakfast last week. The taste of sweet red bean paste goes so well with buttered toast and coffee!

Indian here, just alter with Indian produce. Most of the products are available but in different names. This red beans is called " Karamani" in Southern India or you can alter this with available Indian produce. If you go to any Chinese restaurants, they may tell you from where you can buy certain products.
