When I teach English I teach vocabulary words FIRST then use them to make sentences. Here they jump in the middle. Question: How many pandas are in the park. Answer: there are 2 pandas (in the park; left out). Bean

In 12:57 the word 천 is not 100 it's 1000 and 100 means 백 (beak) in sino Korean

What batchim rule is it at 1:50 The batchim fortis rule I KNOW is : If the batchim and following initial consonant are the same, the following consonant will sound as if it's doubled. *Also, if ㄱ, ㄷ, or ㅂ are in the batchim, the following consonant will always be doubled.

That "bun" also means minutes, which makes it confusing
@lanceguiller
@lanceguiller 5 жыл бұрын
Dominic Isidro There is also another confusing word but they don’t use that. If they use another term for 강아지,Dog, which is 개 viewers might be confused as they watched this. And also the mistake on 12:47 which they translate 천 to 100 but literally mean 1000

What is the function of that 된 after you say the counter 살?
@user-qn5fh3xg4i
@user-qn5fh3xg4i 3 жыл бұрын
된 used here just means "old" as in "I have a 3 year old puppy". It is just used for the purpose of meaning "old" because if it was not used the sentence would not make full sense because "저는 세 살 강아지가 있습니다" would be "I have a 3 year puppy". Which doesn't technically make sense. I hope this helps! :) I am not a native speaker in Korean either and not fluent yet so sorry if I have made a mistake, someone can correct me!

3:05 can someone explain why you have to use 갖고 in this sentence?
@Seonminnie999
@Seonminnie999 Жыл бұрын
갖고 means to have (I think)
@doyoungsaga123
@doyoungsaga123 11 ай бұрын
Actually, because they asked ''How many computers do you HAVE?'' you have to use 갖고. 갖고 is a short form of 가지고 which comes from 가지다 which means ''to have''. There you go! I hope that explained it :)
