Finally! I found what I was looking for! I visited my husband in Korea back in October and we ran into a little restaurant in Busan and we had Mandu Jeongol and I COMPLETELY FELL IN LOVE..but I couldn't figure out what it was called until I did some research and yours is EXACTLY how they made it except the one we had included glass noodles...TO DIE FOR! I cant wait to try this recipe! Thanks so much for sharing!
