I have to disagree Grant. Fair enough if Mark had that facial expression when he ate amazing foods but ive watched his videos for years and he does that face every time he eats something. I once saw him eat plain white rice and he pulled that face so i cant take him seriously. Fair enough that beef looks awesome. I think he looks foolish now cos he does it everytime. Just my opinion though.

Having lived with vegetarians for years I learnt to appreciate tofu as an awesome ingredient. I love it with greens and mushrooms (my favourite food stuff). Though I get confused looks from some restaurants when I order tofu and also maybe pork buns.

Didn't see Ying on the horse. The spa looked great. I fix tofu at home. Deep fried with cornstarch on the outside just to get it crunchy, and a peanut dipping sauce. Thanks for sharing Mark and Ying. Look forward to your next adventure.
