Korean Fried Chicken Pizza?!?

I dream of all the best foods to be mixed and Mom's Touch made it come true. I know this is a long episode but I love Joel dearly and is one of my closest friends I've made in South Korea.

I got curious and checked. Apparently the last Mom's Touch location in the US (City of Industry, California) closed in August 2024). Did a little research, and their first US location was in Northern California (Concord) but opened and closed rather quickly in 2018. But there were several other locations that eventually closed.

The videos you are making are very relaxing and entertaining. Having Joel was great and I can tell you are good friends. Pizza with big pieces of chicken is confusing my poor old mind but it looked very good. One of eappealing parts of food content for this American who has had residency in Argentina and Turkey is trying a new food. I like to cook for myself and I know my limitations, the limitations of my local purveyors, and the limitations of my kitchen/tools. But there are things that I have seen that I tried, or flavour profiles I tasted, because of watching foodtube that have become staples in my pantry. The part that has become most appealing in watching foodtubers has been the friendships, the personalities, the passion about the artistry of the cuisine. My favourites always end up sharing about their deep culture and explore how food impacts on interpersonal relationships. You hit my niche, not sure if that's a compliment.

Yay! Ducky and Joel reunion! Great vlog and the topic’s very interesting. Yes! I agree with both of your criteria in what entails to have great eats. As a foodie, current food trend that catches my food quirks, how bad I crave for the food, buddy or buddies that will go with me to eat and my mood going into the eats. Anything less than my foodie expectations will lessen the enjoyment but I’m still going to do, the very least, good eats! “Two Bites Duo (TBD)” will be my perfect suggestion for you and Joel travel vlog segment that will go on both of your channels. Anybody that's tried Korean chicken on KE raved about it and couldn't get enough. Surprisingly, Joel and Ducky, who I'd thought had tried tons of Korean chicken while working on the KE team, sound tentative about it - almost like they're trying it for the first time, especially since Joel now lives in Korea. I had Korean chicken once - just one flavor of a dark brown color at a stand in a large Korean grocery store in Texas. I was underwhelmed by the taste, especially since it was too sweet. I'd take KFC chicken over it any time. Of course, I'd probably change my mind if I tried several flavors at the source, in Korea.
