Thank you! I usually select the APC priority worldwide tracked and always make sure my order is below £135 (the price charged to my card, I.e. after discounts and shipping). £135 is the customs limit so you shouldn’t be charged on anything under this. Shipping is very fast now! the APC option takes around 7-10 days and the UPS option takes about 5 days for me. I’m in London so may need to add 1-2 days depending on where you are in the UK ☺️ I also have a discount code ‘Hope10’ for 10% off if you haven’t already got a discount - they have Black Friday going right now though so hope you can get a good haul!

Hi. I have entertained the idea of ordering korean gels from the states, but i am always scared to pull the trigger. how long did the shipping take? did you pay import duties? ever got anything broken? Thanks in advance

Hi! I haven't ordered from an American retailer (SweetieNailSupply is Canadian) but for SNS, shipping varies. The cheaper shipping option is £9 and comes via Evri, around 10 days end to end. The more expensive shipping option is £15 and comes via Royal Mail, this one takes a lot longer - usually around 2 - 3 weeks 🥲 I'm pretty sure the two options are based on product value e.g. anything under £80 is £9, anything over £80 is £15. There's no import charge on parcels up to £135 value, so I haven't paid import duties on parcels that have a pre-discount basket value of less than £135. Regarding broken, nope, however I did have one pot arrive to me leaking once (pretty sure it's on the manufacturing side) and SNS were super quick to send out a replacement to me 😌 I would also say, definitely see if West Nail or Kkookie stock the brands you're after too though - they're UK-based korean gel retailers (I have personal referral links for both in the description but not commission). hope this helps!
