It’s an Americanized version of Mexican food. So technically, it is still Mexican food. I love Taco Bell and I love authentic Mexican food. I just prefer Taco Bell on the go and authentic Mexican food for dinners and such.

Hello FB, thank you for this episode on Korean Tacos or Korean/Mexican quick bites. Think this started in the late 2000s decade when food trucks and streetcarts were the 'in' thing to grab a bite. In NY, we had 2 trucks Korilla and Kimchi Taco Grill. I had not follow up on the trucks in LA but you definitely were the pioneers of that food type. So thank you for introducing now the restaurant. it's funny. When i work in a hedge fund in Houston, there is this food truck. Forgot what it called but it serve Mexican-Korean fusion. They made this kimchi fries with bogogi and korean hot sauce as well as melt cheese on top. I think the truck move to a new place everyday, and they have a twitter feed, so the Managing Director of my firm would drive in his Bentley to follow this food truck around. Thats how good it is.
