It was so much fun to watch these two teams. They’re so damn good, and my and my homies were going crazy when they pulled out the Hog and started dominating (even tho he’s cringe). We need more matches like this.

I was there! Watching this otherworldly match live, among a crowd getting excited over everything that happened, was an incredible experience (aside from the tech delays). It made me love Overwatch all the more, and made me feel inspired to get better at it! also, you guys do overestimate the amount of work a 200 word essay is XD that's like 2 paragraphs, and maybe difficulty of subject matter varies but i've written plenty in like 30-60 mins

3 things that stood out: 1. Venture meta is here 2. Lip was too much to deal with 3. Neither Flats or Emongg have ever made it past grade 9 as you can't even write an essay in 200 words. It's called a paragraph. (or they are just so old their memory is gone 😜)

Unfortunately Asia just cares more about competition in video games than we do here in the West. People think that's only for 'nerds' or something lol. If you are anything past a casual, you are wasting your life or something.

I think a key difference between the Asian OW teams and the Western teams is work ethic. The Western players are for sure nerds that take their game career seriously enough, but the Asian teams really put in the hours to grind and constantly improve.

i think its more like if you're going pro and trying to get top ranks, then why not go all the way? Try to play at 100% (impossible), even going 95% will look godlike in comparison to a guy going 90%. Its more wasteful to spend all that time playing to qual only to play at 50%

I mean, mauga comps is more about letting your DPS get free value in pro play. And mauga is used fairly often and people are kind of sick of him in pro play to be honest.

Like comboing blade or venture ult with cage and making sure you’re working with your lucio and bap/kiri for a mauga E, lamp/suzu and beat/amp it up cycle.
