Let's make Korean Sausage Bread ♥
INGREDIENTS
~Bread~
300 g (2 1/2 cups) All Purpose Flour

5 g (2 tsp) Sugar
3 g (1/4 tsp) Salt
1 lrg. Egg
118 ml (1/2 cup) Milk, lukewarm
57 g (1/4 cup) Unsalted Butter
*Cover and rise for 1 hour or until dough is doubled in size.
~Corn & Cheese Toppings~
42 g (1/3 cup) Corn, canned

52 g (1/2 cup) Scallions
58 g (1/4 cup) Mayonnaise

112 g (1/2 cup) Mozzarella, shredded

6 pcs. Hotdogs/Sausages
*If using Filipino hotdogs, soak and rinse several times until the water turns clear. Do this to prevent the red dye from staining the dough.
~Egg Wash~
1 lrg. Egg
1 tbsp Milk
*Bake at a pre-heated 177°C (350°F) oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
