Braised Samchi Soy Sauce (Deriyaki Sauce)
Ingredients:3 spoons of mackerel, starch, soy sauce,1 spoons of sugar,2 spoons of cooking wine,4 spoons of water,3 grains of garlic,3 slices of ginger.
1. Remove the swallowing water.
2. Cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with cooking wine and pepper.
3. Slice garlic and shred ginger.
4. Put starch on the tuna.
5. Grease a pan and season with mungmal powder-stained mackerel pike.
6. Boil 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of cooking wine, and 4 spoons of water in a pan.
