I couldn't wait ... HAD to make right away. Family Is on low carb diet due to someones health, so I used tofu noodles and just thickened the broth a bit since there was no extra starch from the fresh noodles. Great as always Seonkyoung

you know what, seonkyoung? i've noticed over the years that your english has improved SOOOO much! i was born and raised in california, and it bugs the shit out of me that most americans don't know how to speak english correctly. for people who speak english as a second language, i cut them some slack because there are a lot of ways of saying the same thing...there is slang...there are new words and expressions being invented every year and you are keeping up with ALL of it.

I made this last night. It was delicious! Cut back on the amount of gochugaru by about half just to be safe for the first time making it. It was spicy, but not too much and I think we could handle the whole amount next time. I used whole, raw shrimp instead of clams, just added them right before I added the eggs. Homemade noodles were to die for, totally made the meal. Delicious recipe and not hard at all. Thank you!
