This Ikapiri, sweet and spicy deep fat fried squid, is one of my favourite dishes at the Mochi Ramen Bar in Vienna, so I thought I would share it with you. It has a nice texture, and a beautiful mix of savoury, sweet and spicy flavours. Perfect at an Izakaya party or just as a snack to nibble on while having a drink. Make it yourself and let me know what you think of it.
