Wow, such artistry! They're too pretty to eat! Very much enjoyed the brief history of Korea. Admittedly, I am only familiar with Korean history dating back to colonization by Japan 😟

These are dinner party pretty, and delicious tasting, I'm sure. I respect how deeply you throw yourself into exploring a particular cuisine. I know you enjoyed your trip to Korea a couple of years ago so you'll do justice to exploring this cookbook : ) TFP!

Making these today from wrappers I made and froze last week and the very last of our volunteer summer squash. Vine is done for the year. So sad to see it go but the last two fruits will give us seed for next year. YAY!!!

We once bought a yellow squash, hung it up in the pantry and forgot about it( a house full of kids can do that to ya). Noticed it one day because it had Changed. All of a sudden there were a whole mess of little squash seedlings growing right through the squash and the mesh bag!! Planted a few and had squash coming out our Ears that year!!!

In my food head cannon Marco Polo brings the idea of dumplings back to the west. Seeing how much work is involved it’s decided to simply cut the dough into strips, plate it, and dump the filling on top.

I actually made this recipe from scratch, the only difference being that I used zucchini instead of squash. Turned out fantastic!

This looks amazing. I've been too lazy to make my own dumpling dough, but I think this video and recipe may make me get off my *ss and do it!
