Like you said it depends on the region, I’ve lived in a lot of states here in Mexico and I’ve only had rice in the burritos in one of them and it was more of like a taco de arroz rojo, so neither of you are wrong, just from different regions ^~^

This was nice. Love when people get to experience other cultures like this. Though next time, if you can find them, I recommend pozole & tamales.

I'm an older Mexican/Korean. I grew up enjoying both cultures foods and had been doing fusion dishes of both since the early 90's. This is my soul food

At 3:41, she said it’s called pico de gallo! It’s a mix of chopped tomatoes, cilantro, onion sometimes, etc.

I just love how Korean and Japanese people talk. They automatically sound interesting even if they're just talking about the weather.

In my family, they would roll up a tortilla with a litte bit of salt and eat it like that or hand them to children especially when eating soup. If u had a salsa then you'd make a taco de salsa or if u had avocado you'd do that too. My mom even told me that her dad would bring baby avocados and she and her siblings would put salt on them and eat them just like that. 🥰

She said pico de gallo which is a fresh salsa.. Made of onion.. Cilantro.. Tomato.. Lime juice and jalapeño all finely chopped. So good!

This reminds me more of TEXMEX food you find in Chipotle, or Qdoba restaurant in Texas. Regardless I really enjoyed the video and now I’m craving a TEXMEX burrito. From my experience Koreans love “Menudo” an authentic dish from Mexico.
