@C Fah A lot of our societal standards can be linked to other things though. Women liking tall men isn't just due to societal standards for example, and men liking big boobs and butts isn't either. Sociability is a trait that tells other whether they can fit into a group and survive, or if they'll become an outcast and die. So things are rarely that simple, even if it would certainly be nice if it was. My guess is that women with more hair on their legs also have more testosterone, but that's just a guess. It might simply be genetical and not hormonal, but I don't know enough about it. That's why I don't understand it, besides being unable to relate to it since I'm a guy who doesn't dislike hairy legs. Although I suppose I prefer non-hairy legs because they are smoother, but that's true even for myself, although I've only shaved my legs... or rather, my ex girlfriend shaved my legs once. It was an interesting experience that I can't be bothered to try again... possibly waxing though, but that hurts a lot.

The thing with the wallet is exactly what they do there when you don't know the language and don't know how to barter. She was actually looking out for him because street vendors and cabs with charge foreigners more money. It isn't much but it is still a few more dollars then what they would pay. Also, the dress was 180PH Pesos. On average, its about 50-55 pesos per dollar. So, it was less then $4 USD. Its just a way more personal and open culture then the USA. Normal for her, not for him. But, when I went to the Philippines or other places to meet my girlfriend, I got used to it.

My experience in indonesia and I'm sure other Asian countries as well but you keep a little folded in your pocket for little spending, never pull your wallet and show you have 60 USD or whatever you got. Indonesian woman grab your wallet and try to hide what you got and also its hard if you're not use to the money yet and instead of trying to explain they grab your wallet and explain when they're finished. I traveled my first time to indonesia at barely 19 years old all alone and it was a huge culture shock but you roll with it and enjoy the experience.

I've been several times to Indonesia but if you get put on the spot and say they want 300k for a shirt, is it a good deal or not? what you pay for the same shirt here doesn't mean it'll be the same price or even close to it, you really don't know if its your first time. I'm pretty good now that I'm use to the currency but I'm guessing for other asian countries as well that you put $10 USD or so, like drink or snack money or maybe cheap souvenirs. you need your wallet either you grab it or tourist areas you turn some and do it quietly. Really no different than bad pick pocketing ares that you carry dummy phones or wallets, some places if they notice you are carrying cash they'll target you wether pick pocketing or trying to sell you something.

The actual bad guy here for me is Ed,Rose's plan was to have more kids with ed and for her son to have a great life,Rose already said before they met that she wants more babies,Ed didn't say that he doesn't want more kids so basically he lied to her when he knew that she wanted more kids,second of all he lied about his height,third he wanted her to do an STD test,basically saying that she is a "dirty girl" just like what Rose said on the show,fourth he literally humiliated her saying "she needed to shave her legs and that her breath wasn't pretty" and she had to explain that she has tonsillitis like he could've said it in private when the cameras weren't rolling,lastly he thought that Rose was just using him for money or for her to get out of the country just cause of her living situation.
