Translation culture didn’t really take off until around then, so while JP fans probably wouldn’t really be considered OG unless they were watching before maybe Gamers, I think EN fans would be considered OG if they started watching before Myth. But I could also see someone arguing before 4th Gen. That was around the time when Miko and Korone were blowing up overseas and the subreddit was already starting to gather steam. Still, it’s entirely subjective so YMMV.

Its a very well thought out and made fan game. I'm surprised at the depth they put in it from voice lines, item system for various hints into Hololive jokes and "lore" of the vTubers, and combo sets that are on par with many main stream fighting games. The art is also very well done.

Has to be free to avoid legal issues. Even if everything else in the game was handmade, all of the characters portrayed are owned by Cover and Hololive. So if the dev put a price tag on the game it would be copyright infringement. Even as a free game Cover/Hololive are still within their rights to file a cease and desist if they wanted to be jerks about it lol, but by all accounts they're pretty chill about fan projects.
