Fun fact: During the DC Vs Marvel crossover event, Storm was pitted against Wonder Woman of the DC Universe. While Wonder Woman had the advantage in the fight when it came to combat, Storm basically was able to electrocute Wonder Woman with her use of weather manipulation. In doing so, she expressed regret for her actions, calling Wonder Woman her sister and picking her up and carrying her off the field of battle.

11:37 I understand that Storm has like 45+ years of research to dig into, but you guys really undersold Storm's hand to hand skills in comparison to Korra. Storm's been trained in martials since she was 5 years old. Starting with Achmed El-Gibar, who trained her extensively in hand 2 hand combat, making her capable of taking out fully grown men in her preteens completely unarmed(Read Ororo: Before the Storm). She also trained with T'Challa in their teenage years, which gave her even more hand 2 hand combat experience/skills before she even joined the X-men(Uncanny X-men First Class: #3). And then of course, since joining the X-men, she's trained with many other gifted fighters: Calisto, Wolverine, Yukio, The Dora Milaje, Cyclops and so forth. This is a character that lead a team of X-men without her powers for an entire run in the 80s, facing off against numerous superpowered individuals without her powers, including The New Mutants. Which she easily schooled. She's even defeated Hand Ninjas without her powers, who are highly trained assassins that are easily in league with Amon's Equalists ninjas. She is also skilled at using her powers with her combat. And easily killed Calisto with a single punch to her chest after charging her fist with electricity for example. She's had about as much training as Korra has at this point, and probably has more of edge here than Korra does.

I think it was kind of unfair to korra to face off against Storm. So far I think we had fair match ups but this kind of felt like it was decided what was the point in humiliating Korra against such a superior opponent. Death Battle should have chosen the correct opponent for either of them.

The animation really downplayed Storm as a fighter until she caught Korras fist at the end. Sure you mentioned Callisto and her training with the X-men but you didn't bring up any of her time training and learning as queen of Wakanda. No she isn't in the top tier if comic fighters but the animation literally made it seem like Storm is only her powers. Korra landed almost every punch or kick she threw with Storm not doing any thing to dodge them or throw any herself.

I'm not sure if Madara could beat Aizen. Aizen was able to put an illusion on someone that's pretty much omnipotent and can pick their own future, and he's nearly unkillable with the Hogyoku.

@@torinsmith9867 Aizen would win in a chance encounter if they had 0 knowledge of each other because of how powerful Kyoka Suigetsu's ability is. But If both had knowledge of each other, Madara could use Limbo clone and susanoo to protect himself from Aizen who is mainly going to attack from close range . Limbo cannot be seen nor detected by Aizen, and it can be used to disrupt Aizen's Kido spells and to get close to his blade Madara could use Wood Style to disarm him from the blade or immobilize Aizen, but Killing him is damn near impossible. Aizen is fused with the hogyokou and he cannot die. However, Madara in six paths can use his truth seeking orbs to disrupt aizen's regen although it's highly debateable how much of a real impact it can be all in all, too many factors at play. Prep time is also necessary too, but Aizen wins if it's vs pre war arc madara/vs post edo tensei madara without rinne sharingan, and madara wins /stalemates if it's pre hogokyou aizen or if it's hogokyou aizen/fused aizen and he senses aizen's presence and comes prepared with limbo which cannot be seen or countered+susanoo + ten tails and truth orbs that's my breakdown

@@unoriginalmoniker2625 If it's pre war arc or only dual sharingan/rinnegan post edo tensei madara ( without ten tails/ 6 paths), madara likely loses. but if it's 6 paths madara with ten tails, he either stalemates or wins if he uses the truth seeker orbs and limbo clones. i'm guessing db will use 6paths madara vs hogyokou aizen in which case, it shud be a DRAW imo or madara wins due to the orbs being able to literally eliminate regeneration abilities as was seen with edo tensei'd minato who couldnt regenerate after being hit. if deathbattle did research they wud knw that aizen literally cannot die, but as would madara as he has hashirama's cells which grant him regeneration as well and Susanoo /limbo which can grant him protection and make it impossible to kill him from close range. Remember, even black zetsu cudnt really kill madara with his sneak attack. he simply rebirthed kaguya into madara and only when she was sealed did he die as her Jinchuriki Also remember, even though Aizen can put Madara under kyoka suigetsu's hypnosis, he has NO DEFENSE against the rinne sharingan or madara's genjutsu either. Making contact with madara's rinne sharingan or rinnegan genjutsu ability will put him under genjutsu even if madara is under the hypnosis. just as madara does not know that aizen has Kyoka Suigetsu, aizen would not be aware of madara's genjutsu ability either which is why imo shud be a draw

The Hogyoku is likely more powerful than Orihime's healing abilities which work by outright undoing the attack rather than traditional healing or regeneration (sort of like time travel, but technically not). Of course, if we want to make things even more complicated, Madara already won because most Soul Reapers are technically dead.

@@li-limandragon9287 by who?!? Like Rey, Weather Wizard. Hell a legendary Pokémon like Groudon or Kyogre before Korra. Have connections, but like Venom vs Crona, there were far better. Especially the stomp nature. Thanos and Lex had it be thematic even if stomp. I genuinely never heard of this. Feels like a replacement because Rey or Delsin were too obvious.
