I have a nine-year-old daughter and tomorrow we start our fishing adventure. We are both booked on Canal and River Trust Free Lets Fish session and hopefully, that will get her as excited as myself and when we get home I have the same Phase 1 rod and reel as a surprise. Village pool, I used to love that place as a kid. Caught my 1st 20lb carp there, and it snapped my rod 🙂I used to cycle there with my fishing gear, a 15mile round trip. What a lake, what a fantastic video!

BRILLIANT! Well done Abbie, Took me back to Hampton Court on the Thames by the Lock in 1963 with my Dad where I had my first fishing lesson. You do know Abbie is going to be better than you 😂. My wife has the very same rod with a Maver 3000 reel
