It's actually a real thing and it screws some people up really bad, it's called being an exhibitionist. At least he is admitting it, I had never really payed much attention to madchild until my homie texted me about an hour ago telling me to check out some stuff. I actually think hes pretty cool. I mean dude has quite a few years on DL and hes knows what he's doing so I would have to say that I think madchild is ultimately a lot wiser and lyrically more advanced than DL but considering the age difference DL isn't even THAT far behind, i think in about 5 years we could see DL actually knocking him into the ground. But thats only IF he can get a grip on his addiction and stop letting these lil wannabe thugs in his crew influence him. I'm not saying that madchild is such a hardcore thug either, i actually think the entirety of KODT needs to drop that gangsta bull shit cuz none of em have ever set foot on the streets in their life. If they had they probably wouldn't be in canada rapping for the internet, ya know? to me watching this stuff is like watching wrestling (wwe) everyones fake but its still fun to watch and catch those really cool moves (bars) but if I want the real thing my city is full of wannabe rappers that I can battle anytime, even if they back down 99% of the time lol

It saddens me that not 1 person laughed at the Marvel and DC play, playing off the bat mobile line and Spawn. Madchild had a lotta word play there, really did fo his homework. Watch Daylyt's past battles and definitely catch MadChild referncing them. DayLyt is referring to himself as Batman and Spawn. Bruce Wayne/Batman, but MadChild calls himself Bruce Banner/Hulk, playing off his Batmobile lines. "I'm also 3 characters, Silver Surfer. I absorb planets" Silver Surfer is all silver, obviously. Silver Surfer goes around finding planets for Galactus, whom eats planets. Reference to his outfit, shiny like Silver Surfer. DayLyt is Silver Surfer, Madchild is, "Galactus, the world eater". Sorry, I just geeked out here.

Much love and respect to both MC's, they're both seriously talented, but I will always have a place in my heart for Madchild. Been a fan of Swollen Members since the mid nineties. I was also a huge fan of most of the artists signed to his label, Battle Axe Records, as well. Dude has done more for underground hip hop than most people realize. I had the opportunity to meet him back in 2002, when Swollen Members opened for The Arsonists, in Providence R.I. Such a cool, insightful, down to Earth guy. As an MC myself, I have always appreciated his hustle in this industry. He is a bonafide legend!
