Get married have some kids.” Not exact words but close. Then in dec books an expensive vacation under her bfs name scheduled for April. Eric dies in march. She texts her bf “thank you for being so patient just hang in there a little longer”. Eric dies by the end of that week

I think they already did and weren’t able to prove it but would be nice if they can prove the mom helped Kouri come up with this. I think the mom came over and helped her mix the drink then got rid of the glassware for her. Since Kouri tried on Valentine’s Day and wasn’t able to get dosage right, I think mom came to make it enough this time. Since the bedroom scene was cleaned up before cops came.

The thing that bothers me about this case, is that I also believe the husband KNEW. HE KNEW she was trying to kill him. And had made at least one previous attempt. Why did he keep living in house with her? That is the only part I can't understand in this case. If I knew someone was trying to kill, there is NO WAY I'm sleeping under the same roof with them. I'd be scared they would try to kill me in my sleep, slip something into my toothpaste, or my morning coffee. like I'd be so paranoid I wouldn't be able to stay put. He changed his life insurance policy, he TOLD his entire family she was trying to off him...and yet he was not only continuing to sleep in the same house, but was still sleeping in the same BED? Like what??!?! No way am I going to be unconscious NEXT to someone I believe is trying to kill me. I am baffled by that aspect of this case.

One thing I don’t understand, maybe will be explained better at trial bc the way it seems to be stated in the criminal pleadings and arguments is confusing- if kouri got 15-30 fent pills the first time for the vday sandwich, why did he not die? As we all know it takes such a small dose to kill someone so if the pills had any amount of fent in them it seems they would have worked? Were they not actually fent but she thought they were? Don’t get me wrong I think she is guilty based on all the other evidence but this factual issue bugs me bc if it took place as alleged he would have died not just had an allergic reaction

I would need to know how much she was in the habit of paying the house keeper, want to see the correspondence between the two? If I was on probation I wouldn’t want to admit to selling drugs. I would stick to business was only about cleaning story. I would want way more evidence on this angle. Does an epiPen help with fentanyl poisoning? How do you take out a life insurance policy on someone else? Every time we have done it they require blood work? Does he really leave his boys for months at a time for hurting? I don’t know there are so many details that matter.

Also, she claims it was in his THC gummy. He had no THC in his system. But some of the fent was still in his stomach, didn’t even digest yet. And Seroquel (which is normally prescribed as an anti psychotic) and was Kouri’s prescription. I think it will be very hard to prove Eric did this to himself. He had pain pills in the drawer by his bed. But didn’t take those, yet mixed fent and Seroquel? And the amount of fent, o one would take that themselves and mix with Seroquel unless they wanted to end their life. Which there is no evidence he did. She’s changed her story so much.
