@@shereesimons5887 In one of his jail calls, he was asking his dad about who would be giving him a ride home after sentencing. The prosecutors asked for 9-15 years but for some reason he thought he’d be released right then and there. It must have been a rude awakening when he found out the judge wasn’t buying his nonsense, which makes his reaction to 30-100 years even better.

I saw someone else mention this and I have to agree. Paul Ferguson was pulling an "Aaron Act" in reference to the film Primal Fear. Paul suffered from no mental conditions. He was intelligent, if somewhat socially awkward. He lacks empathy for other human beings. He took pleasure in torturing his little special needs brother. Shanda got off on it. She loved treating "G" like a Prince and Timothy like a Prisoner. The basement was a dungeon. Paul was happy to be the help / masked executioner.

Mr. Roberts (Prosecuting Attorney) took down Vander Ark. Mr. Johnson (Defense Attorney) took down Paul. Mr. Johnson's line of questioning to Paul. If you've watched the entire trial. Mr. Johnson brought the Real Paul Ferguson to the forefront. Ferguson's mask began slipping off. Which in addition to researching Ferguson's history and just the cold hard facts being presented, Judge Kacel came to the right conclusion. Sentencing far exceeded my expectations because we're so used to seeing leniency. Well done Judge Kacel, Mr. Roberts, Mr.Johnson, The Norton Shores Police Department, The young woman who spoke with G. Everyone who helped Justice Prevail. Timothy won. PS: Any word on what became of those tomato plants and miniature cucumber plants?

I just don't understand how a mother could do this! I'm convinced Shonda didn't like Timothy because he had Special Needs. I have a son with Autism that's a little younger than Timothy. I wish i could've taken him in and loved him the way that he deserved. She should've let him go into Foster Care if she had so much disdain for him. This story really makes my heart ache for Timothy. RIP sweet boy and rest well 🕊️🕊️💕🙏🏾☝🏾

I agree I wish he had but it wasn't possible. They had alarms and cameras all over him. He was also mentally challenged. In the end he was too physically weak to stand without support. Just so very sad. But like Judge Matthew Kacel said - Timothy won. Because we know what they did it to him. Now she won't be working as an attorney poisoning our judicial system.
