If a person takes out a life insurance policy on another person, both people should have to sign off on some kind of paper work, I dont think it's right someone can take out a policy on a person without that person knowing about, I don't even understand how Insurance companies can do this with out both parties aware.

I have to agree with most comments here! I came into today believing 99.999% guilty and completely disgusted by the children’s book!! What a twist of the knife!! 😠 All that being said, as a true crime junkie.. I’d be lying if I didn’t say that her attorney seemingly did a good job today! (Imo) I’m actually surprised that she didn’t get bond? (Please don’t come for me!!🙏🙏😉) I say this bc of the holes her attorney poked today, and all the other cases we see where people are given bond with conditions, who have more direct evidence against them..??! I guess Im wondering what others thoughts are after watching the hearing today..(I did watch the entirety of the detention hearing through local SLC,UT broadcasting) And I’d love to hear others thoughts based on not our presumption of guilt..(which we all have, right?! If you look at the court documents filed, He had a buy sell life ins policy with his partner for 2 million on each person. She went in online and changed the beneficiary to herself instead of the other business partner . New York life notified both business owners of the change, She didnt "get" more ins on him. She put herself on the proceeds.
