Kowalski 4-2-1 header = 1100km Range with Accord CL9 (Live Driving)

8% improvement over Serge header 4l indicated on dash (with rdx injectors) that would be 5.2-5.3l indicated on dash with stock injectors (we are adding 32% to compensate for it) adding 40% is to calculate actually fuel consumption like measured with fuel pump method AVG speed on this trip was 69KMH Car was in 6th gear at all times and it wasn't coasting in neutral in any part of the video... Otherwise it would be in 3.5l range. For some reason LG g7 is picking up base way more than what actual sound in cabin is. Forgot to mentione that I'm using ngk2667 plugs that are step colder than oem plugs and 5w40 oil. So with oem plugs and 5w30 oil it would be even more fuel economical.

You're the first person I've seen highlight the fuel economy benefits of changing headers

Most of headers are not build to this standard and don't improve fuel economy all that much so there is nothing to show there.

Original designed by Joe McCharty over 12 years ago for his race engines (he died in 2014). I took his design and adapted it for cl9 and had help from Dr. Markus Raindl who helped me with design of merge collectors (lengths and choke diameter) that will have maximum scavenging effect. There are only two 4-2-1 headers that are being produced currently to this specs. One is from Solid fab UK for ep3 and Second is mine. Ofc Dr. Markus Raindl makes custom stuff to what ever spec you need your engine to have. He is a legend.

Im making 1header per month or two because of my shit health condition. When that gets resolved than it will be sold by friend in Romania. He will be in charge of pr. Or ill drop dead and nothing will come out of it
