I made this dish with my ten-year old son this past weekend. Use hardwood coal and not the traditional coal used in grilling. This dish did take a lot of time to prepare but the efforts are amazing. Savor the process. My son became a foodie after preparing this dish. I highly recommend! Thank you for the brilliant video, Sanjeev.

wonderful recipe and well explained... but you talk and repeat yourself a lot. The video`s as long as an indian drama. please try to make it shorter next time. Thanks for sharing :)
@nikhildays11 жыл бұрын
So many wrong things - cumin needs to be dry roasted with other dry spices, kashmiri chili needs to be mixed with water first and then added, turmeric usage is way too much - butter chicken (as you mention in "North India") is on the oranger side, not yellow, onions and raw garlic/ginger need to be sauteed, then blended, to get red color, tomatoes need to be sauteed, then blended, not pressure cooked, add cream, and not milk to the gravy, ever. Go look at Harpal Sokhi on your channel to learn

Too much garlic...& video is too long.😂😂
@anurag1011 жыл бұрын
Respectfully, I did not like your recipe or the presentation or the color. First, charcoal does not "cook", it burns. The color was yellow, too much of haldi use. The gravy was watery. Cooking the raw onions and garlic in pressure cooker is preposterous. One needs to saute their raw flavors and then blend. Your presentation was too long and repetitive. Chef,, I am not sure how Sanjeev Kapoor hired you? Take this feedback to improve.

PART1 : I never takeout time to log on and comment on a video..But this one pushed me to the limits to do so..Well Saransh, This is a very Interesting way for an altogether remix version of Butter Chicken but I must tell you and Hon. Sanjeev kapoor a few opinions of mine which will be very useful for this channel, especially SARANSH. Your video is too long, You are highly overacting under pressure. * Continued...

Texture of the butter chicken very poor not authentic ...Koyla is too overrated who will eat butter mixed with Koyla

part 2: You are too high and loud in pitch, try to control your cheek muscles and lips in stretching your mouth wide open to lay more emphasis on some words. For heaven’s Sake stop repeating things and if you cannot then edit it in the final mixdown of your video. Get your language right , will give u one example “ Splash the chicken into gravy ?? Dude Hindi main baat karo lekin sahi karo, no problem in it. Hindi is perfectly fine even better when teaching Indians on a national level. Continued.
