They were well established by this time. They came out before Whitney debuted (1982), which is why she was a huge fan. Whitney was living a dream singing backup for them! It speaks to her humility.

Wonderful stuff here. BeBe is a good man btw. I had the privilege of working alongside of him on Broadway circa 2008.👏
