I feel like this entire video needs a bit of a context check : when itzy debuted in 2019 while Dalla Dalla, they kinda changed the entire girl group game. Before then, choreos in particular were never as complicated as they are today, they were one of the first groups to have difficult choreos and sing well at the same time. They are probably also the reason why MANY girl groups went the teen crush route after seeing their debut do this well. I'll say, from Dalla dalla to Not Shy, they were really loved but a lot of people and fans, it started going down with Mafia in the morning (and especially with Sneakers it all went to shit), but I feel like it's important to know that they basically changed the industry for a few years.

apparently they have a quite specific preference for a more breather part to appreciate the melody part, that's what they have been appraising Wannabe when compare to others. For some other pop preference type of fans, this kind of songs would seems a bit boring and slow, but to these two, that's what please them, so that personal preference issue.

Its funny to me how they were getting what they wanted from each track with the track that was released afterwards. Like they got the choas from Icy which they wanted from Dalla Dalla and they got the perfect deal of melody, chaos and yk (idk half the things you guys were saying) from Wannabe which they wanted icy. People say itzy's music deteriorated over time but tbh it's literally the opposite. You saw how much they enjoyed Untouchable.

When the prechorus is my favorite part of not shy😬 I understand tho, itzy is on the loud side and their songs can be hit or miss depending on personal taste, I've often found myself disagreeing with the general public on which songs of theirs I like vs dislike😅

I'd say the biggest problem is that Internet users only listen to the main track to give an opinion on the album, whereas they might listen to 6, 8, 10 or 12 songs on the album without actually listening to them. You may not like the main track, but you may like the rest of the album.

I completely understand your comment on Untouchable , for me the lack of vocal madness is, in addition to the poor production at the end of the song, the lack of Lia Main vocals in the group. Which makes sense if the song was made for the 5 of them. I loved your reaction. If you can, watch their dance practices, itzy are known as queens of dances and dance breaks.
