I guess there are some challenges to Korea (similar to Taiwan, which they gave up on several years ago). The last couple of years Jollibee did try to acquire a Korean hamburger chain, Mom's Touch (as did Yum Brands) but negotiations did not lead anywhere). Instead they seem to be looking at expanding in the US and in Europe where demand is quite high.

@@bluedragon7849I loved it when I tried Jollibee when I visited Toronto. Their chicken was great. Different style from typical Korean fried chickens and also KFC, but nonetheless great. The sweet spaghetti reminded me of a school lunch spaghetti which was also sweet but better. Jollibee may be hesitating to expand to South Korea due to the saturated fried chicken scene here but I’d definitely love to go there had there been any Jollibee near me.

I think it's more of a logistics issue that needs to be ironed out. There should be an ample supply of ingredients sourced locally. If they can't find valuable partners, they might not be price competitive.

There is no mf “baby talk”. The red hair girl has a VERY high tone, and the longer black haired girl has a semi-high tone, she is very excitable and has a soft way of speaking. This is all amplified when they try to express their feelings in english. It’s very easy to tell you know absolutely nothing about the girls and haven’t bothered to look into them any further because this is LITERALLY just how they sound, so get over it or leave them alone.
