Shok why would you play Orianna over Viktor for example, is it preference or something more than that, could you explain?

Orianna is much better against melee lanes than Viktor is, Viktor is almost exclusively anti mage. Viktor also deals with tanks a lot better whereas Ori later in the game is more utility/engage + buffing the ADC
