Grew up listening to this and I've been inspired ever since to try and be as alternative. Totally amazing music that needs to be continuously heard !!!!

Coldplay liked it so much they asked Kraftwerk if they could use main tune in their track called "TALK" it's funny the only Coldplay track I like is talk and I heard it before I heard Kraftwerk!! Apparently when the music lawyers asked permission to use the track, Chris Martin says 3 weeks later a letter arrived with one word written in the middle of the page...... "YES!!!" Nice story and both of them are very good tracks

Haven't heard this version for 30 odd years! great upload, thanks. vinyl sounds amazing as well :) I owned this too at the time but unfortunately I've had to give away all my records along the way as I've had to move too many times and lug them about. Now I'm settled I wish I still had them

@@2Steppa2 Awesome I hope you enjoy that. If we didn't have a family budget to worry about (maybe when I'm a bit older) I would invest in a turntable and try to collect a few really special (to me) bits of vinyl. It's heartening to know that it's still possible to pick up stuff like that. I can obviously listen to digital recordings of anything I want, but I don't think I've ever enjoyed music more than in the old vinyl (and analogue synth) days

@@mcw8900 Exactly. There's something special about owning an original vinyl copy and many can be found in near mint condition at reasonable prices. I tend to frequent record fairs, second hand record shops, charity shops and of course some Discogs stuff too. Grab a Technics SL-D2 (I love mine) and a NAD amplifier and away you go!!
