Kani Fuker We always respect other nations and their anthems. No matter if it's football, volleyball, handball or any other sport. For me it's nothing but stupid to whistle like an animal while thousands of proud people travelled thousands kilometers to support their team playing away and doing it really great without any insulting the host. Any kind of trashy nationalism which is only about "Oh look my country is the best, your suck balls, whistleeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" is absolutely unnecessary and persons like that should avoid taking a part in public life.

@Kani Fuker Your welcome - Still sorry I missed the beginning - the photojournalist in me wanted to pick up the SLR and capture the teams lining up, but the Scot in me wasn't going to not pull out the compact and film the boys of the TA gien it laldie with FoS. Was a good game, and couple of days on the town with some old pals from home. The press conference fun too with Strachan being his usual sarcastic self. great stadium too. I was a bit taken aback by the Polish fans response, as they have a really bad reputation at club level. Great to see real fans. (liking the username ;-) )

Being a Scottish person and seeing Polish people living with us in Scotland.... I can only say what a bunch of sound/good people. They like a drink, like a laugh, like football and are strong people. Lovely to see the respect that the Poles have shown to us. I have worked with many Poles and they have been really decent hard working people who like a laugh. Having followed Scotland from the late 60's to the mid 90's we have been made most welcome on our travels because we have passion for our beautiful little nation and the beautiful game of football. No one ever needs to fear the Tartan Army coming to town.
