I am a regular and advanced dancer on salsa on 1 for a couple of years. Now trying for the first time on 2 and pachanga and I think the last one is soooo difficult, specially the opening of the foot on your heel while you go forward with the other leg, it's getting me crazy. But, yes, indeed, this is so far the best teaching technique I've seen around here. Thank you very much!
@krambodance33778 жыл бұрын
+Patrícia Azevedo I understand it's not easy when you start but just try and try so your muscles learn the movement. Also watch all the Eddie Torres' pachanga videos, specially those with the basic pachanga movements, there is a few of them on KZbin.

+Krambo Dance Thank you very much for your kind advices. I have been a ballroom dancer for years so my muscular memory is kind of tricky and the flow will always be a huge challenge for me but it's actually getting better!

Hiii!!! Sorry by asking but are Mambo and Salsa the same? (i mean when you write)
@krambodance33778 жыл бұрын
The answer is not that simple, mate :) "Mambo" is a rhythm coming from Cuba and "Salsa" is a word made by American sound industry to bring all the latin rhythms under one umbrella term and make the sell. You can read about this topic a lot even on Wikipedia. Dig deeper :)
