I needed this more than anyone I know. At 41 I am at a complete loss for words. I'm glad I got my emails in to this guy. Coach and Delores work so hard for all of us. Granted my Kratom addiction is at an all time high. I just needed to hear this.

great video , and i felt angry when i heard that some of his family members are alcoholics but think kratom is bad. most likely because they dont understand the small amount of science there is on it . thanks for making great kratom related content

I think one thing that people might not understand is that kratom can be a very good antidepressant. It's helped me tremendously through that transitional period of getting off of drugs and dealing with the depression and mental issues that can come with getting sober after years of substance abuse. Addiction is running from our trauma. Addiction is not knowing how to heal properly. And these street drugs can make that even worse and give us terrible chemical imbalances. Kratom has allowed me to get off of those and begin to heal. I don't think I will use it forever but during this time it has been so beneficial. Thank you for the videos, coach :)

I can so relate my mom and Stepmom don't support any of my drug use doesn't matter if it's natural and safe they don't like it probably because I'm using them to help with sleep, recreational use, for anxiety and depression etc if the benefits start out weighing the negatives I'll stop

This is powerfull stuff, the young lad, you can maybe try and hit an average amount of powder per day, where it is just enough to get through. What that number is, is strictly case by case basis but once you have stayed at same amount for a 5-7 days it will stabilize the effects you get from it. That is my experience. God speed

my 7oh intake has gotten out of control. I'm powerless 🤦 It's time to man up. I'm ONLY going to dose when I'm in withdrawls. Get myself back to a better place. Goodluck folk's! Just want to be on regular leaf powder here and there! Nothing else!

@healing2gether i completely agree!! I am taking up to 250mg in tablets from omega extrax 20mg tablets. Its pushing me further away from regular leaf kratom and I cant have that! short half life withdrawls come fast and go fast. Looking forward to more research and videos brother!

I hope we can be civil with our disagreements here. For those of you on Kratom, don't let that side effect of irritability take over your rational thinking... In Russia, they encourage opioid withdrawal. They don't use Methadone or any opioid subsitutes, they are very skeptical of that. I understand the concept of harm mitigation, but Kratom will only be sustainable for one's health for so long. Withdrawal has to happen eventually, if not tolerance withdrawal from kratom. Opioid and Kratom use for debilitating pain is different. But for addiction? I have to respectfully disagree. If you suffer severe pain, obviously your intention is not psychological, it's physical. You become physically dependent, but not psychologically. Kratom use is not established for long term mental health problems, including a chemical dependency. Kratom literally changes you just like any other drug like it. Eventually it makes you depressed... that is a fact. It causes behavioral changes, thats a fact as well. If you're addicted to a hard opioid, by all means, use kratom if you wish. But that doesn't mean the anguish is over for reasons I've stated. Honestly. I can understand having responsibilities and not being able to detox while using kratom, understandable. But it's not suppose to be a long term approach to opioid abuse disorder. Id say get on Kratom, but seriously kick it before it takes over. Eventually, the you'll have to increase the dose when it becomes LESS effective, leading to amplified side effects. Just saying.

@@johnserra604 everyone should be man enough to handle different opinions respectfully. I appreciate and value both sides of “rational” thinking but sadly most people nowadays lack the both the rational side and the thinking part, and only care about irrational feelings!

@@healing2gether I do genuinely enjoy your videos. I've been watching your videos here and there for a couple of years, especially on a grave shift while heavily addicted to kratom. You were very helpful to say the least, and still happy to watch. I have formed my own opinion over the years, and even though our views somewhat differ, I still say kratom should remain legal. Overdoses are simply not possible
