I've finally hit the one month marker of no shaving (yet again), and this time, for some reason, my cheeks have pretty much filled up with hair evenly! Before, i used to shave it after a month because it was so patchy. Now, im hitting one month, and it's pretty even! I can't wait for that month two!

I don't know why so many people think blind shaving the head is a difficult thing. That's how I shaved mine for nearly 19 years and it was super easy.

I paused this video at 4:49 just to type this message out because I haven’t seen this in the comments while scrolling after noticing the fact that this barber and his client are talking whilst the cutting is happening and I am thinking dang this dude got a steady hand so far, like he is shaping his beard perfectly so far, but since I wear a beard a majority of the time, I would never talk to my barber like that because I thought that is the normal thing to do, don’t interrupt their process!

I have been growing my beard for 2 years.. i had it when my daughter was born and couldn't get rid if it in case it upset her.. but now I love it.. no longer itches. But I made the mistake of cutting it not and then rather then let it grow out and it has become rather frizzled. I can stretch a beard hair and it can measure about 4 inchs so i think if i was to use a beard straightener it would be impressive. But this guy has a great full beard whereas i have a small bald patch to the sides of my mouth. i have the full goatee but my cheeks are bald.

Trim the sides a bit shorter than your “goatee” area and it will have that natural tapered look as it grows

@@rmn2370 only really grew out my beard for the first time about 3 years ago. I’m 31 now. Before I always had clean shave or a shadow. So I can’t really say. My beard only really fills out evenly after like 3-4 months. The left side grows quicker, the right upper cheek line grows very slow. It’s a mess 😂 but I just let it grow without really trimming, then once it fills out, I clean it up and get the shape I want. The hair is soft and not really thick or sturdy at the start for me.

Don't know if this is true or not. But I have heard if you have male pattern baldness it helps in the beard growing because there isn't any energy being used to grow hair on your head. My self personally would give up my full head of hair for a long beard all day long SWEET BEARD MY MAN!!!! And I wish I had a guy in my town that could shape my beard up like that nice work
