The idea of building up Spider-Man's villain roster first before introducing a Spider-Man is pretty interesting but at the same time I have no idea if they'll pull it off. But I'm all for a Rated R Spider-Man projects if that's just a film about his villains or a Rated R Spider-Man film itself maybe something like Kraven's Last Hunt one of the darkest Spider-Man comics. I feel like Madam Webb will tie everything together and introduce this new Spider-Man, most likely set in Venoms Universe of Earth-688 along with the other Sony Spider-Man related projects. All Sony has to do is have the writers of Into the Spider-Verse write these live action Spider-Man films. Like at least have good writing that's all I want great stories and then focus on the visuals, action etc. I personally enjoyed the Venom films, mostly for Eddie and Venoms interactions but everything beyond this was a little underwhelming.

Venom 3 could easily be Rated R as it seems they've listened to some feedback on people being disappointed with the PG-13 rating. I don't know much about Kraven at all, other than just the general gist, as well as the Spidey Animated version, but I can tell it's just one of those barely accurate movie-adaptations that would've happened like 15-20 years ago. - Sony Pictures can't do any better than generic flicks like these, and "Uncharted" was another one in this same group of flicks. - That said, I'm much more interested in seeing Kraven and Venom in the upcoming Spidey-game, as videogames just lend themselves to comic and cartoon stuff a lot better, cause they don't have to be "realistic" or any of that stuff. It can just go all-out and because of that probably also more accurate. - I've been quite done with the whole "adapting" of stuff to live-action for years now, even though I was all about it. Studios just suck at it, so I don't want it anymore and, again, have turned to videogames for these things.

Sony building up Spider-Man's villains first with movies in theory is a really unique idea. However, they obviously fucked up the Venom movies with them being PG-13 and Morbius was just awful. On top of that.... THERE HAS BEEN NO PROMISE OF SPIDER-MAN AT ALL! Kind of the issue with Sony making these movies out of nowhere or out of context. - If only they had a base for it to justify these movies. - Well yea, that would've been Spider-Man, which they can't really make anymore, I guess (or do, but with Marvel Studios, set within the MCU of course). - They had always tried to build towards the whole "Sinister Six" thing, both with Raimi's and Webb's, but never got there, and I feel like they're just churning these out once again to keep licenses or something. - They don't come across as so cheap for nothing, they just don't really care and seem to assign some people who can get it in the ballpark of the characters and stories and then hope it kinda sells well. I'm way more interested in the upcoming Spidey-game to see the characters appear and all that. - Games tend to do this stuff better, like an interactive comic or something.

I love that Sony keeps putting Spider related imagery in their Spider-Man movies even though they don't actually have Spider-Man in them. It's like they enjoy teasing us over the fact that their Spider-Man cinematic universe doesn't include Spider-Man.

So lions blood rather than a concoction he uses. Also he loves the hunt but his ego is what makes him a threat to other hunters since they are interrupting the game. If they do the Spiderman route then it's gonna probably be him loosing and putting a bullet in spider mans head. Also 🦏 in some comics is a hybrid and some what wears a suit but he was mutated

Are they trying to make Kraven a hero, what with allt he poacher hunting and so on? Kraven himself, before he began to target Spidey, was a poacher! Then again, they did retcon that (because of "he doesn't like HOW they poach,w ithout honour, using traps (whcih Kraven at times uses as well...) and so on blablabla...") into the comcis as well... what a load. Nick Spencer... Kraven is a hunter. And he poaches. Kraven the Hunter is against hunting animals... What a hack writer... what's next?
