as a waw lover great video. on my mod I added a lot of cut content back in, the lines at 5:58 , cut textures 6:12 , all the weapons at 11:22 , and also mountable MGs to verruckt 13:14 if you remember in the verruckt trailer there was a shot where a marine had one mounted but they removed this feature. I recall in an interview with the zombies VA’s the voice actor for Dempsey said that the ammomatic machine was his favorite and liked recording lines for it, but he also said they were unused because the perk ended up getting cut. Pretty cool how that perk had some history to it. Also that Vanoss clip was so nostalgic 😭

Now this is a video I can get behind! Some things I would mention in general would be iirc in the modtools theres several leftover assets for both the British Campaign and scrapped zombie maps for Farm and maybe Farmhouse, also I think they may have just ported a part of "Their Land, Their Blood" which also iirc has a Farmhouse and a farm, Also the potatos are from COD2 not COD3, as far as I know this covers most of it? Hellhounds were planned for verruckt by decompiling the FastFile with mentions of a folder relating to them, Scrapped prob cause of how tight verruckt is and its already the most ruined pants map. Also the alt jug jingle is sang by Craig Houghstun (how tf u spell it idk) and there is a fuller version of the PAP jingle that was cut down that removes alot of the mentions of old jeb which was already semi-covered. Otherwise I think this covers a majority of it? I'd need to double check but yeah WAW has alot but not like how much shit was scrapped from Tranzit due to both time and hardware limitations.

@@czechpatriot2230 Early iterations of Zombies from what I've heard, According to interviews and datamining on PS3 which has leftover developer maps including Living Battlefield, German Holdout from what I've heard was just surviving from endless waves of attacking Americans (only talked about in interviews) while Living Battlefield is fully functional on PS3 but you need to access the map via console mods, I can't remember much but there should be several videos of WAW PS3 Developer map videos.

The “mystery” voice that plays when you access the raygun in campaign for WaW, Is just modified backwards Japanese from a cut objective that would have taken place on the same mission, The voice would have came from some sort of PA system inside of multiple bunker objectives. That is all i remember about it, but there is a really good forum post from someone who goes more in depth and talks about the translation and more about the mission.

The machine guns on veruckt seem to be leftover from something in game dev called “pooling” where the items are preloaded into the level on startup so it doesn’t use as much memory when it needs to load compared to moving it. Ie place it on walls with enemies. Most likely leftovers from campaign as you said

Most people would hear a few seconds of it when upgrading their weapon however, if you waited around the machine for long enough (like the other perk machines) the full jingle would play every once in a while. I know this very well as I have fond memories of summer 2009 playing with my siblings. We always waited to hear the song as it was our favourite. i think the ammo machine would increase your max ammo much further if you had the perk, perhaps that could've worked for low ammo pools. since it seems very expensive to just spawn one max ammo for 10000 while you can simply get it for free, so i presume it has to increase your total ammo.

a little thing you missed. im pretty sure along with ammo-mattic there were 2 other cut perks, one was called candolier and it allowed the player to carry more ammo and the other was called prone-aid or something like that. it made the player prone faster and take no fall damage. both of these were scrapped and turned into bandolier bandit in bo4 and phd in bo1. love u rabbit
