RedRab's Moji Facts (Loadouts at the bottom): Correction: Moji's prongs in her hat are for her horns, not her ears. In all media, Moji has had lopped ears, unlike Rei's tall standing ears. Fact #1. Greater Good and Life Rip in general does NOT apply to Boom Boom's AoE, only to the person you detonated the stack of magic marks on. Fact #2. Magic Barrier Tech: If you shoot a base Familiar Spit shot at an enemy, and use Magic Barrier as the fire at you before the shot hits them, it will instantly stack the Magic Marks and give you free damage. It takes timing, but it's good payoff. Fact #3. Ulting an enemy from far away is not always a bad thing. This can easily disable snipers or someone being annoying from range for 4s. Its also a useful tool if two enemies are ganging up on you. The cookie can not attack, so ulting one enemy while you deal with the other is a great way to win 1v2's. Ex: A support following a flank or dps around. Ulting the person being pocketed while you kill of the support is an effectiant way to get picks. Fact #4: Another Ultimate Tip: Bon Appetit does not transform Yagorath, however, it will stun her for 4s. This is a MASSIVE stun time, and stunning her in her wheel form will make it to where you'll be doing full damage against her. Speaking of which... Fact #5: Moji has burst damage, BIG burst damage, and the highest DPS output in Paladins. So naturally, she is great agaisnt some tanks. Obviously some like Barik or Fernando are not going to go in your favor, but fighting off tanks like Yagorath and Raum? Sounds like a free meal. Moji can burn through Raum's health and force him to retreat, as well as gain ult charge off of him very quickly. She also has much better self suatain. Against Yagorath, even while she's planted, Moji still does over 1000 dps to her. Don't be afraid to light the big worm up. Fact #6: What hurts Moji the most are shields and deployables. She cant stack magic marks on either of them, and with her base damage being so low, she's not going to exactly melt through them. However, for some unknown reason, Moji CAN stack magic marks on Ying illusions. They are invisible, but test it out for yourself. Fact #7: Moji not only has a massive hitbox, but a massive head. Its super easy to get headshots on her, so don't freak out when a hitscan beats you down quickly. Fact #8: Moji's best maps: JAGUAR FALLS: The obvious one, this used to be Moji's playground, however, due to some recent changes in the map's design, she struggles a bit (mainly to get through doors). That being said, its still a very good map for her to utilize. STONE KEEP: Moji's new best map. With the added stairways to the "Church" side of the map, Moji is thriving off of not having to struggle to take the high ground, as well as the final push at the ends of the map. The stairway closest to spawn now gives her proper cover, a close ranged battle, and much better escape options when she needs to retreat. BRIGHTMARSH: Another Moji playground, however, she does struggle a bit with the final push. Standing near the spawn ledge or luring enemies into the nearby buildings is your best bet. WARDER'S GATE: Moji struggles a bit with the final push here, but not all that much. Keeping the enclosed areas, as well as the pillars around the final pushes gives her the advantage in the team fights, not to mention the very close ranged point fight. Oh....and try canceling scamper into the updrafts for a neat surprise. 😎 SHATTERED DESERT: The Flank Playground, its only natural Moji takes advantage of fights here too. Its especially helpful with the map being a flat surface, no pesky mobility users can hide from you now. ICE MINES: Moji's worst best map. She's extremely useful in the point fight, but has a hard time with the pushing phase. The best thing to do here is stick with your team and try to keep the highgrounds covered. Fact #9. Worst Maps: Fish Market, Timber Mill, and Frozen Guard. These maps offer no advantage to Moji. They're all long range, have open spaces, and places she can't reach easily. Magic Barrier every 10s won't save you here. (Unmentioned Siege Maps are neutral for her) Fact #10. Talents. All of them are bad. 😐 However, Toot is ALWAYS the way to go. Boom Boom never offers anything with its reduced sustain and small range....but....good luck against sumo's I guess? Snack Attack would be good if it didn't require too much out of the team. Toot is always the consistent pick despite being a glorified loadout card. Loadouts: For those who can't bunnyhop: Greater Good 5 Symbiotic 4 Scamper 4 Fluffy 1 Wobbles 1 For those real daredevils who love to be as fast as possible: Greater Good 5 Morning Breath 4 Will-o-the-wisps 4 Fluffy 1 Peppy 1 (Hint: Buy Nimble with this build and become speed) For the all arounder/beefier loadout: Greater Good 5 Symbiotic 5 Fluffy 3 ------------- FILLER: Morning Breath and Peppy 1 If you made it this far through the essay I wasted too much time to type out, I hope you enjoyed and got some tips that will help you out in the future.

I use Lv5 Glimmer in my loadouts because it gives 50% more speed for 4s after magic barrier gets hit. What do you think about it?
@officialredrab3 жыл бұрын
@@tasoganedude Glimmer requires you to get hit...and iirc, only lasts 2s. However, I think it could easily be fixed by simply making it a card that grants you speed while magic barrier is active. As of right now though? Not a very good card.

What a fantastic moji guide, I loved it so much. The tip of the F, I found out by chance a few days ago and was trying to figure it out but it didn't come out, it's quite difficult hahaha. Ps: I wish I had subtitles in Spanish, so that there are even more moji players and it stops being undervalued in various communities.

12:10 I love this sniper Moji tip, it’s actually really clever and troll. I’m not sure most people know about how hitting magic barrier makes you a target for 1000 damage so you basically make moji a sniper lol

Well just clicked on the vid and I'm a gm moji so ima critique this once I'm done.. >> back from watching it its solid there is alot more things to learn ima keep it small. NEVER BUY CAUT, SHE HAS ONE IF THE HUGHEST DPS IN THE GAME AND DOESENT NEED IT EVEN IF THE PERSON IS GETTING IO POCKETED. In real games bunny hopping is alot harder and requires, interesting wall jump flicks. If you press your ultimate and barrier button at the same time it will go off very useful for a non suicide version of a drog ult. Nimble is a massive item on moji since she is cr she needs to fill the space even without her scamper. Nimble makes your scamper faster and your bunny hops faster. Also morning breath 4 is an insane card. And lastly her map with the most tech is warders gate, with the crystal tech.

here’s one really important tip u missed: just how you can attack right after you ult (u can skip the animation) you can scurry too! this is extremely useful as it gives the target no time to even react ult+scurry into them (works in mid range only) it will be very easy to confirm the kill EVEN IF THEY HAD RESILIENCE

Hey Kreepers, just wanted to give you a little observation with this video(feedback). Based on the title and some of the content, i understand this video is made for new Moji players or probably some new player in general, the point is, most of new players will not watch a 19min video or probably will prefer to watch an specific sections of this content, so i recommend to add segmentations of the topics you address.(interested player could go back to the video and rewatch segments of the video from time to time) Other idea could be removing the unnecessary information about the character, could be good to know what the character is, and the origin, but I think this is not relevant for a gameplay guide video(but this point is just optional) PS: hope these few observations helps and improve the objective of the video.

hi kreepers! i’m a new moji main and i love this video so much! i have one question though, when i try to dash cancel to do the speedy hop she has i can’t do it. did they nerf it? i’m a console user
@Kreepers2 жыл бұрын
Nope. They didn't nerf it. It still works. But on console it's way harder :/
@jpmorgan61462 жыл бұрын
It’s actually not that hard on console, this was two months ago so you probably learned it by now or stopped playing moji who knows. But if you can bind jump to something that’s not X first of all that helps a lot. You want to press jump and scamper at the same time, but pressing jump a split second before is key. You want to cancel about half a second into the animation, where the speed of scamper is the fastest. Then after that it’s just about timing to keeping the momentum up. Fun fact when you’re in the bunny hop stage and already have the momentum going you can look any direction you wish and keep the momentum just navigate with the left stick

How to moji? Ez, just dont pick hed. Same with some dps supports, if you want dps-pick dps, not support with builds, dmg rei, furia, corvus are not normal damage dealers, they are more situational, depends on landed stuns(and if something depends on stun-it will get resil 3 into face soon).

Moji, Dredge and Street Justice Maeve are so unfun to play against. It's only fun for the person playing Moji. And Moji is one of the most unbalanced champions in the game. The only "counter" to her is keeping your distance. Or maybe tag teaming. So like snipers, but not even that, considering her magic barrier, she can move while invulnerable. All other abilities that make you invulnerable are really short or you can't do anything else while invulnerable. For example Khan, Vora and Evie. And if your 'advice' while reading this comment is 'git gud' or 'stop whining', please, don't fucking interact. If you have any ideas on how to make her more balanced, then feel free to share. My idea is to give her a small range but a lot of damage up close. Yes more than she already does but she has significantly less range. Her magic barrier is now a frontal counter, like andro or zhin. And her scamper now gives her damage reduction and you have more control over steering. No, I don't think all characters should be piss easy or hair pulling hard, just balanced. And Moji is not a balanced one.

Sorry, just needed to rant a bit.
@NameHere2243 Жыл бұрын
As a moji main (and pretty good one at that) i can confidently say you are wrong on her being unbalanced. Her primary flaw is that she cannot escape safely like other flanks without using all your abilities (therefore being unable to use them offensively). This means that the most effective counter is not to keep range (although it helps) but to communicate with your team to coordinate moji 'bursts' (whenever moji dives in) to push her back and prevent her from effectively diving in and isolating a player. What you (and perhaps your team) are suffering from is a lack of awareness that you are a team and moji is exploiting flaws in your coordination
