20:13 After watching so many of these videos on the fifth power unit, I'm glad we finally get to see how far along the reactor hall has come in its construction. The layout of this reactor building is very similar to how the other reactor buildings were constructed. Comparing the fifth power unit building to the other four power units, I'm assuming the sixth power unit was to be constructed next to the fifth power unit. At 21:00, we get to see how far along the fifth power unit was in its construction. I was hoping to see more than just a square concrete hole in the floor, but it's cool to see it nonetheless. Bono gives a good narration of what we're seeing here.
