The first 50 hour oil change. The information was spot on. It made the oil change easy. I stopped at the local Advanced Auto parts and found the filter wrench under $8. Thanks for a GREAT Video

i sure needed this last year lol. service manual said jack about that spring and so the drain plug shot out of there at the speed of light hits me in the face and gets oil all over and flooded that skid plate of used oil, what a mess. now i take a used fast food cup and cut the bottom off it and stick it up through the hole, way cleaner.

So this is a great website thank you for the info. But I just purchased a new axis 550 were unfortunately the oil filter is internal lol took me a little bit to figure it out. It is next to the drain plug on.

I just changed my oil in my rk550 for the first time and found strings of silicone rtv in the plug filter. if the screen wasn't there this engine would have blown up since the screen is actually the pick-up for the oil pump. always make sure the screen is installed.

Thanks for info.. My father in laws machine stopped going into gear, reverse etc. He has to turn it off then start it in the mode he needs. Any idea what this could be? Also the park brakes on several machines have stopped working also. Very dangerous situation. Any ideas on this?

I have a 2024 axis 550 utv l am trying to change the oil but the oil filter is not where the manual says it is. Where can it be, looked everywhere can't find. Must be on the bottom of the motor.

@@AlWard-u7n If you have the new axis 550 with the dual screens the filter is underneath next to the drain plug. It’s an internal filter. Remove the 3 8mm bolts and pull the cover.

Service question for you. I have a 2024 Badboy 750 made by Hisun. Is there a replacement rear end that is a differential instead of the solid rear end? Also, do you know of a way to quiet the exhaust without voiding the warranty?

Yup break in oil, plus the customer ran it a lot longer than they should have.

​@@GeneralBadLuck That's normal on the Hisun line. Not sure what oil they use for the break in, but it looks like that. I've done 3 oil changes since then, and the oil looks normal when draining.

what grease gun end do you use to grease the drive shaft u joints? angled wrong and hard to get on with a regular end.

The waste oil had an odd colors, maybe just the lighting, looked milky to me, does it hold 2 quarts or more ? Thx

Is milky from gas washing in the cylinder wall. Mine runs rich too. A new o2sensor has helped, but still gets gas in the oil.

Not that I know of, you have to be very careful “matching one up” because the threads are not quite right. It’s best to go with the oe HiSun filter.

Waited a week for a 68mm-14 flute filter wrench cap as Justin said was required. Wrong size-too large. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Glad I checked before draining the oil. (2021 Sector 750)

You need to get the blue point 68-14 that’s stated in the video. It works with the oe HiSun filters.

Yes, use the bel-ray. The M550 and Sector 550 is the same engine.

@@krepsservicestationllc9183 that would be a good one they seem to have fittings hid everywhere. these are pretty good machines problem is because the are made with so many names it is not easy to find videos for people that do not know. i just bought a used one of these and did not realize that they are made under Hisun, coleman, sector, vector, cub cadet, and Massimo i am not sure if i am missing any other names. it is maddening trying to search stuff for them but i do like my machine!

So if you just got it you need to change the oil in it. Then run it ten hours and change the oil & filter again. Be nice to it, don’t go “put it through its paces”. Very important not to start and stop the engine constantly, if you start it let it warm up. Once it’s warmed up then you can start it and stop it. High gear is for flat and fast only, low gear is your main drive gear. You can easily do 20 mph in low.
