They are not kidding. No bbq sauce. If lucky, they'll give you some hot sauce.

Yay! so glad they are staying true to pure Texas barbecue! All this sauce stuff comes from outside Texas, from Carolina, from Kansas, from anywhere else. But good Texas barbecue, if it's cooked right, does not need to be covered up with any kind of stinkin' sauce!
