Great shoulder exercises sequence. For me, the second exercise and the delts machine are my favorites. The delts exercise at the smith machine are awesome too. Great shoulders workout !!!!

Again I do not understand why you keep having this guy back, there are so many other Fitness professionals out there that actually know what they're doing. Rather than have this douchebag teach some exercises that could potentially injure someone why don't you guys have someone with more knowledge come in and do some videos for you. I'm sure you could find a homeless guy that could do just as good a job. The first time you had this guy on he was wearing cut-off jeans during his workout... I'm all about encouraging people to be fit and take care of their body, but the only thing I would encourage this guy to do is come back from the 80s and quit trying to be so edgy. Please please please find somebody else for your videos.
