If u give lebel or a name to an experience it means u have recorded that experience but if u don't give a name to any experience,just observe and go it simply it means u haven't recorded that experience.... Naming means u give a name to every experience either good or bad ..so don't say it is good or bad just observe 😊

The brain wants to accumulate and recognize soon due to factors of time, fear and social pressure to act on time on our daily basis. Even for forest dwellers have to do recording to act against strangers and animals to survive. It's a survival instinct from my understanding.

If someone hurts you, stills from you, etc., shouldent you react, keep away from that person, no to let do more harm to you? if so, is it the result of recording that someone do sth bad to you and you should keep him away?

I bow down to your service. I have been trying to understand K's teachings and I have also been impressed by his philosophy. Sir, one thing I don't understand. K had to fight many legal cases in his personal life. Why he himself did not apply his own philosophy in his personal life ? Pardon me for being unkind. My disparity with K is exactly on this subject of recording. We as a specie exist, mainly because of recording. We record danger, we record who was good to us, who was bad to us. We anticipate actions, that's a defense mechanism, that made possible our survival with this environment. K discarded all that. Now, he was pushed by this group, because not recording everything is a complete nonsense, and a direct contraction into human nature. When pushed, K becomes vague, and quotes the very same old lines. He talked about levels, and was asked to clarify what he meant by levels, because he was in contradiction. He began by presupposing with the same old 'let's assume' he didn't record that conversation, or even the individuals in the days to come, and that is not possible. He did this same thing various times. K is an outstanding energy, but he was guarded, and many had difficulties in disagreeing and asking him to clarify more often, and after the clarification, saying: 'I did not understand', or, 'that ain't what I asked', like school boys afraid to question their teacher. I observed this too. Particularly with those who were apprehensive of asking him to clarify his explanations. Sometimes they're impatient in letting him clarify and they cut him off when he attempts to explain, but that happened few times. It is obvious Jiddu is a victim of the things he tries to get us to see but it is more important that he doesn't exonerate himself while he talks about them. Just like he admitted to being stupid here when someone said they didn't get it because they were stupid.

Most importantly, can we NOT record either praise or insult thrown at the “me”? k says only complete attention at that moment (when there is praise or an insult) wipes away the recording (like the men in black movie) 😂 So, why is praise a problem? It leaves a mark which prevents clarity of the mind. Anyways, the closer u look at urself, the more understanding there is
